Laser-Assembled Implant Bar Frames
Combining dental alloys using conventional torch soldering techniques and materials can cause corrosion and separation in the connection areas and ultimately lead to failure.
Laser welding addresses these issues, allowing our technicians to precisely join parent metal connections without the use of flux, thus eliminating the risk of increased corrosion and porous materials. In addition the yield strength of laser welded connections are said to be 2.5 times the strength of soldered connections.

Implants have proven to be the optimal alternative to conventional

having to grind down healthy, adjacent teeth. For over-denture,
laser-assembled titanium implant bars eliminate denture slippage
